Thank you for shopping at MakeMinis! We are committed to delivering your collectible figures safely and efficiently to select regions worldwide, with shipping processed from our international distribution center.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Asia: Japan, South Korea
  • North America: United States
  • Europe: United Kingdom and European Union countries

Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions outside of these areas at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Pre-order items have separate processing times as indicated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All shipments originate from China. Delivery times below are estimates from the ship date:

Standard Shipping:

  • Japan & South Korea: 7-15 business days
  • United States: 15-25 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 20-30 business days

Express Shipping (where available):

  • Japan & South Korea: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons, or international shipping conditions. MakeMinis is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships from China, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through:

  • Your MakeMinis account dashboard
  • The carrier’s tracking website
  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Please note: International tracking may take 2-3 days to activate after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering to understand potential additional costs.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MakeMinis is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:

  • Choosing a secure delivery location
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Checking with neighbors or building management

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
